辛卯年之肉骨茶

「肉骨」如其名，是以肉与骨配合中药煲成的汤。而「茶」字则是源自创始人的名字「林文地」，因为卖肉骨汤而被顾客称作「肉骨地」，福建话中的「地」与「茶」音近，故后来被称为「肉骨茶」。
肉骨茶通常伴白饭或以油条蘸汤来吃。以酱油、碎红椒和蒜蓉一起调味。各类中国清茶通常会随汤奉上，相信可以清走猪肉的油腻。在马来西亚，肉骨茶是一道典型的早点菜式。

辛卯年的前夕的前夕，我与我的可爱父母亲去吃只有马来西亚的马来人不敢吃的肉骨茶！

过年回家，唯一不可不做的事情就是去吃点心！因为点心实在是小弟的“飞窝乐”。这里的点心，比上次的害剃还要好吃一百万倍！


真希望可以每一天都能享用到我的“飞窝乐”……

We had a night shoot on the 29th October 2010. And had a Down day on 30th. On the 31st, strong wind blew and rain pour down heavily for a whole day, made us another Down day.

辛卯年之红包

2月7日，公司……终于都肯给红包了！

自我上这个公司的班以来，度过了虎年快乐跟辛卯年，加起来总共两个华人新年。但，这却是公司给的第一个红包……

不过又好像不是。去年好像也有红包……唉，忘了。

Wrapped at the first location, we moved to the second location the next day. Again, at another wooden house.



Most of the Malay houses are not wholly attached on the ground. They have space. And for this shot, the camera was placed underneath the wooden house.
